Publish, Publish, Publish – Just Do It!

Hey!

I wanted to just come here and talk today about defining success.

I recently got a call from a mentor of mine who I’ve respected my entire life. He’s one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and is close to a motivational speaker as you can get without actually doing it as a profession.

One of the things I admire so much about him is that in his everyday life, he’s typically helping somebody in some capacity with how to better themselves. When he called, it was to give me some praise for the recent videos I had published on social media, which I really appreciated because truthfully, it was scary to do at first (and still is at times). Being vulnerable and putting ourselves out into the world opens us up to criticism, other people’s opinions, judgement.

But that’s life, right?

Which is why you’ve gotta have something that drives you – a WHY that is bigger than all the stuff out there. Because as you climb the ladder, your ‘haters’ only get louder. You can’t let that stop you… you’ve got a mission in the world!

I am guessing you’re someone who wants to make a difference in the world… you want to provide value to others, share your knowledge, find a way to monetize what you’re good at and enjoy doing! In order to accomplish all of that (which you absolutely can!), you’ve gotta push aside all of the noise and focus on staying in your lane.

Don’t pay attention to the people that want to drag you down. It’s said that we become the 5 people that we spend the most time with (including those online trolls trying to squash your dreams!). Who’s in your circle? Is their mindset worth catching?

Make sure you are surrounding yourself with people that are positive, that are happy to help you and support you, that you can give back that same contagious energy to. Anyone trying to take the wind from your sails is a waste of time.

If you have a dream, know that it’s possible. If you have an idea, find people to jam with to take that idea into reality. Listen to that voice within your heart and trust it’s there for a reason. Your intuition is there to guide you to pay attention to it. You are the only one to take action on the things you want to accomplish. It might feel uncomfortable, but it will be worth it.

Be vulnerable. Show up no matter what. If you want to change the world, go out there and do it! I promise you that the fulfillment you’ll get from facing your fears is going to outweigh the opposite end of you never sharing something because you’re scared.

Scared is good.

Putting yourself in an uncomfortable situation and taking yourself out of your comfort zone means you’re doing things that are changing the world. You’re moving and trying to evolve, and that’s amazing.

Don’t become complacent. Don’t listen to any negativity. Remove anyone like that from your life. I want anyone reading this to understand that there is a whole new world out there on the other side of that fear – I call it FREEDOM!

If you’re afraid to publish and put yourself out into the world, start recording yourself to get in the habit of how it feels. You can upload your videos to YouTube as unlisted so nobody can see them. The more you do this, the more comfortable you will get and eventually, you can hit public and the growth just continues.

When you’re new in the marketplace (or at least visibly so) and you publish your videos, or you publish your podcast, or you put something out in the world with an article, a post on social media, anything that people will see…

It will take time to foster a relationship with your audience and create content that they begin to trust.

At first, you may not have any eyes on it. Except for maybe your mom. That’s okay! As you grow into your voice and the message you have in your heart, as well as learn how to best communicate with your audience in a way that resonates with them, the more confident you will become and the more your message will reach the right people (your ideal client).

The best part about social media? You can delete posts at any time!

You have so much value to bring to others. Don’t let them miss out on your gifts because you’re scared. Do it anyway! If you change just one person’s life, it’s worth it. And I have no doubt you’ll be changing way more than that!

The beauty of the internet is that success is at your fingertips, whatever your definition is. And if you’re someone who is looking to monetize online marketing so that you can create more freedom – time and financial – we should definitely talk.

A buddy of mine was recently laid off and shared with me how he wanted to find something that allowed him to spend time with his family and support them without spending day and night in an office. The internet… online businesses… they have provided a solution for him, for me… and for you!

What I’m passionate about is showing people how to make money online with Affiliate Marketing. No, it’s not a get rich quick business, but it’s a skill set that once you master, will provide the opportunity to create total freedom in your life and business.

We all started somewhere. Failure is part of the dance. Failing is a good thing because it leads to learning what does and doesn’t work in order to move you closer to the success you’re busting your tail for.

What I love more than anything is being able to take my clients through the process of realizing their dreams and giving them the tools to make a great living without ever having to create a product or service. It sounds insane, but it’s not. And I’ve spent the last 17 years doing it, and showing others how it’s done.

Success is a progression of failed attempts, some wins and moments that make it all worthwhile. Don’t give up before you really begin. Success is an evolution.

A big thank you to one of my dearest mentors, who’s like a father figure to me. I’ve known him my whole life, he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and he means the world to me. I’m guessing he’s going to see this at some point. He’s going to laugh and call me, but I appreciate the call. It means a lot to me.

And to all of you reading this now, thank you. You have a lot to share with the world, so if you need support, know that I’m happy to help yo. Let’s change the world together!

Believe in yourself. Stay positive. Good things are available to you.
